DANIEL GALVAN, CCIM, SIOR
Born and raised in The Rio Grande Valley, Daniel has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. Daniel is a proven industry veteran and over the course of his career, he has closed over One Billion Dollars in transactions in the South Texas Region. His areas of expertise cover all commercial and investment real estate sectors, including Corporate Real Estate, Development, Brokerage, Project Leasing, and Property Management.
Coupled with a career of working with many regional, national, and international organizations, including Circle K Stores, Inc., Wells Fargo Bank, The United States Treasury, Orange Theory Fitness, Tractor Supply Company, Easter Seals, Dunkin, Jersey Mikes Subs, iHeart Media, The Catholic Diocese of Brownsville, and many others, his contribution to the economic development in South Texas is undeniable.
Over time Daniel has built strong ties to his community where he is recognized and trusted as a local expert in real estate. He received a bachelor’s degree in business finance in 2006 from The University of Texas at San Antonio and simultaneously became a Licensed Real Estate Agent. In 2008, Daniel became a Licensed Broker in the State of Texas and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial. His motivational and diligence attributes quickly earned him the Coldwell Banker Commercial “Rookie of the Year” award in 2008. In addition, Daniel has been part of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Circle of Distinction since 2012, is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow, and in 2018 was named to The Real Estate Forum’s Top 50 under 40 in Commercial Real Estate. Most recently in 2023, Daniel was recognized by REDnews as a “Commercial Real Estate Icon” in The State of Texas and was recognized by Coldwell Banker Commercial as the #1 Professional in the Nation.
Daniel’s commitment to his community has catapulted him to many leadership roles within local and regional organizations. Daniel is a Past President of the McAllen Rotary Club and has served as a Board Member at The Palm Valley Animal Society and Rio Grande Valley Partnership. He has shared his expertise through Commercial Real Estate Trainings at the local Association of Realtors and has served as a Panel Moderator for The International Council of Shopping Centers. Additionally, he serves on the Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisory Board and was recently appointed by Most Reverend Bishop Daniel Flores of the Catholic Diocese of Brownsville to the Diocesan Real Estate Advisory Board.
Michael Pacheco
Michael Pacheco is an Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Rio Grande Valley. A life-long native of The Rio Grande Valley, Michael has been engaging in commercial and investment real estate transactions of all kinds since 2016. He joined the CBC-RGV team in 2019 after starting his real estate career with Cadence Commercial Real Estate, and has quickly grown his book of business and sphere of influence. His motivation and proven track record have quickly made Michael one of the “go-to” Real Estate Agents in South Texas. Michael has deep knowledge of The South Texas Real Estate market through his business relationships and has nurtured those relationships to continuously grow his business.
While Michael’s specialties include retail, office, industrial, and land brokerage, he also engages in Leasing and Development. His motivation and diligence have proven to be his most valuable assets while his focus has always been on the need of his clients.
Harry Urey
Harry D. Urey Jr. was the former Principal broker at Pointer Realty. His responsibilities included administration and business development. With over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Harry has extensive knowledge regarding retail real estate site selection with an emphasis on Convenience Stores. His professional interests include acquisition and disposition of retail real estate for end users, retail leasing, and land/investment sales. Harry is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a CCIM candidate. He attended Baylor University where he studied finance and entrepreneurship.
Harry is also an active member of the community serving as the current Vice President of the Valley Symphony Orchestra and as a committee member of the City of McAllen’s Traffic Commission.
When not working Harry enjoys spending time at home and traveling with his wonderful family and three dogs.
Cesar Felix
Currently a real estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Rio Grande Valley in McAllen, Texas. Armed with an MBA specializing in multifamily investing, I have etched a distinguished career at the intersection of real estate and retail management. Marcos Moran
Marc Moran is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry since 2002. Marc currently specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, but also has a proven record in Project Management through Owner representation. Marc is a lifelong resident of South Texas, but He began his real estate career in San Antonio Texas, where he graduated from The University of Texas-San Antonio with a BBA in Marketing and earned his real estate license in 2002. In 2004, Marc moved to South Texas and joined Coldwell Banker. Over the course of his career he has represented numerous local, regional and national companies. In addition, he has represented a wide variety of investment clients ranging from sales and purchases of smaller properties to larger multi-million properties dollar properties involving Commercial, Land, Multi-family and other Investment related properties. Marc’s success not only comes from his extensive experience and knowledge in real estate, but also his ability to establish himself within the community and among his peers as a person with a strong commitment to high professional standards. A person who approaches his real estate business from a client-centric perspective, choosing to focus his efforts on building long-term relationships with his clients.

Benny is a Senior Associate at Coldwell Banker focusing on retail leasing, and sales. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Benny has in-depth expertise in leasing, commercial sales, and site selection. Over the years he has worked with and continues to build strong relationships with national and regional tenants, landlords, and developers. Some of which include: Rosebriar Properties, Hunt Real Estate Development and acquisition, H&E Equipment, TitleMax, Equipment Depot, Aaron’s Rental, Spin Plus Laundromats, Planet Fitness, Jason’s Deli, Chipotle Mexican Grill, 100 Antojitos Mexicanos, and others. Benny has an extensive network throughout the South Texas area. He has collaborated and built strong relationships with municipalities and key leaders in the community to bring in new retail businesses to the market. Benny is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a graduate from Texas State University class of 2006.
Andrew Brittingham, CCIM, ALC
Born and raised in Laredo TX, Andrew is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management. Andrew became a licensed real estate agent in 2015. In 2018, he was named to Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Circle of Distinction. Andrew is both fluent in English and Spanish and is very well networked throughout South Texas. He has had experience working with national and government organizations such as Domino’s Pizza, Orange Theory Fitness, and GSA (Government Services Administration). Andrew has also had a lot of experience working as a real estate developer doing both residential and commercial projects. Having the experience of both a licensed real estate agent and developer can help guide investors and clients to making better informed decisions.
Felo Guerra
Felo Guerra is a Senior Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Rio Grande Valley. He is responsible for leasing, buying, and selling properties for clients. He has 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. Felo’s areas of expertise include farm and ranchland sales, commercial sales, leasing, and consulting. Felo is fluent in both English and Spanish. He has participated in several transactions involving thousands of acres. Many include some of the largest landowners in the area. He has worked with national companies and developers such as Stripes, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Hunt Real Estate and Acquisition as well as some local banks to name a few.
In 2009 Felo and a partner opened up a successful BBQ Franchise (Bad Bob’s BBQ) located in McAllen, Texas. The business was sold in 2013.
Ranching in South Texas has been in Felo’s family for 4 generations which ingrains his in-depth knowledge of agriculture. His involvement in the community has enabled him to develop a strong network with key leaders on all levels. Felo is a board member of the Hidalgo County Ag-Use Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is currently a CCIM candidate. Formerly he has served as a board member for CCA RGV, Edinburg Children’s Hospital and Texas A&M RGV Chapter. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Economics.
David Guerra
David Guerra has deep knowledge and experience in the field of commercial real estate due to his long-term success in commercial banking and as a retail land developer and investor. As president of International Bank of Commerce, McAllen, Texas and Director of International Bancshares, Inc., Laredo Texas he supervised multiple departments and was a leader in the asset and acquisitions team that successfully acquired fourteen financial institutions in a ten year period. R. David Guerra retired from banking after forty years to dedicate himself to pursue his passion for real estate transactions and helping his banking clients and others with their commercial real estate investment decisions. He understands every phase of the real estate acquisition process from site selection to closing’ and every step in between. His financial knowledge and credit underwriting ability are of great assistance to his clients. He works with every professional involved in his clients real estate transaction to keep the process moving forward in an efficient manner. R. David Guerra is an active member in his community and has served and led multiple non-profit organizations. Due to strong belief that a quality education will industrious people, he has served as director and past Chairman of the UTRGV Foundation, South Texas Higher Education Authority and Idea Public Schools.
Larry Leahy
Leahy began his real estate career as a research associate for Retail Solutions (RS). During that time, he gained valuable experience while he performed market research, and obtained a hands-on understanding of the daily activities of Brokers.
A veteran real estate professional with a proven track record in his previous industry, Leahy transitioned very quickly to the leasing and sales side of commercial real estate. In his role as commercial advisor, Leahy works with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout the South Texas market.
Larry is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Jacob Galvan
Jacob Galvan is an associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial and Coldwell Banker La Mansion Real estate in McAllen. Born and raised in Harlingen, Jacob moved to Corpus Christi in 2011 where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Music in 2015 from Texas A&M Corpus. He continued to live in Corpus Christi until he moved back down to the valley in late 2018 to be closer to his roots. Jacob has over 10 years of sales experience and is very familiar with market analysis and property valuation.
Ernie Garza
Ernie has been facilitating real estate transactions and strategies for over 20 years. He focuses on leasing, site selections, land development, large acreage assemblage, construction, and financial analysis. Ernie’s strategic background helps him gain a thorough understanding of the investor’s perspective and needs. Carlos Molina
Carlos brings over 16 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate within the Rio Grande Valley. Previously, he held the position of general manager at a U.S. Customs brokerage firm, where he notably tripled the business during his two-decade tenure, amassing valuable insights into the warehousing industry and local agricultural requirements. His extensive network includes valuable business contacts spanning both Mexico and the local community. Originally from Uvalde, TX, Carlos relocated to McAllen, where he graduated from McAllen High School and pursued studies at what was then Pan American University. His success can be attributed to his hands-on approach, personally engaging with sellers and buyers through diligent legwork. Specializing in warehousing, raw development land, ranch land, and retail sites, Carlos is committed to fulfilling clients' needs with unwavering dedication. With 45 years of marriage and two daughters, he underscores the importance of prioritizing faith, family, and patriotism in both personal and professional endeavors.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Robert moved to Texas in 2018 and quickly reconnected with his deep Texan roots. During this time, Robert has established many relationships within the International Trade Corridor. In 2020, Robert is a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker.
Robert has over 15 years of business development experience and is very familiar with industrial properties. Robert is currently working on becoming an Associate Broker.
Tony Garza
Tony is a licensed Real Estate Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial in McAllen, TX.
A native to the Rio Grande Valley, Tony has over 20 years of national business experience and sales/procurement/operations experience and has built strong relationships within the regional business community.
Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2021, Tony worked in several industries ranging from Produce, Government Food Service, Recycling Services, and Right-Of-Way Acquisition Services. He has held various positions in Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Management, and most recently Director of Operations at NewForce Group LLC, a Right-of-Way acquisition services company.
He is distinguished by his passion for real estate, focus on collaborative team-building, and commitment to meeting client and real estate market needs.
Tony is an active member in his community serving as the current Treasurer of Blanca E. Sanchez Elementary Parent Teacher Organization and Treasurer of the Oakland Village Home Owners Association.
